Unless otherwise stated, the performance results presented in this report are simulated or back-tested and do not represent actual trading. Simulated results are generated from the retroactive application of the Investment Manager’s investment model and have inherent limitations: they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not involve financial risk, and no simulated trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. There are frequently sharp differences between simulated performance results and actual results subsequently achieved. Eolos Capital LLC is a new entity without an extended official operating history.

All performance data is gross of management fees, incentive fees, transaction costs, and financing costs unless otherwise stated. The deduction of such fees and costs would reduce the performance results shown. All eolosAI-driven strategies are designed as portfolio components and should only be considered as one part of a broader, diversified investment portfolio.

This report is confidential, is provided for informational purposes only, and does not constitute an offer or solicitation to invest. Any reproduction, distribution, or circulation, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Eolos Capital LLC is prohibited. Any such offer or solicitation will only be made to accredited and/or qualified investors following the delivery of a confidential private placement memorandum. Such interests are exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, and the Securities and Exchange Commission has not passed upon the merits of the offering. All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of the entire investment. Past or back-tested performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
